INTRO
Chuck D approached me to reimagine his creative art agency web experience. With a surge of demand for graphic design in recent years due to AI, Chuck wanted to refresh and refocus their online footprint to bring more clients to the collective.
The existing web experience was disjointed, non-useful, and neglected - no customer outreach or retention, no functionality and a brand message which did not attempt to connect with the target consumer.
KEY CHALLENGES
The artist's goals for the website were to promote each artist fairly, showcase their works prominently and provide a space for potential clients to easily connect with them for work. Which meant, organizing and structuring their works in a way that made it less difficult to find and a method for the artists to be able to be reachable without users having to wade through social media.
KEY FEATURES
The artists were all given their own profile page, complete with all their respective works contained within. This made them more searchable, with tags, descriptions and indexing for Google. Their bios, contact info and artwork optimized for page load times, and displayed prominently.
Impact and Results
We also facilitated the links between social media platforms and the website, making it easy for artists to share updates and new art, directly to social from the site. Also, a method for potential clients to reach and connect with them directly.
