INTRO
The specialty insurance company, M&J Insurance wanted to reinvigorate their website footprint. With the advent and wildfire spread of AI, M&J looked to give their online persona a facelift & re-prioritize their suite of services.
The previous web experience was outdated, and not utilized to its potential to attract new clients - it had no defined online footprint or social presence in place to facilitate this.

Update look and feel of website and make mobile friendly

Wanting an updated look and more connectivity while still being able to be effective and functional were the key lines to follow. The challenge was many of their target clients weren't heavy online users, so attracting clients with the services offered became the focus.
Key Considerations
Building on a more cleaner look, I brought the rich periwinkle color to the forefront, complemented by imagery which resonated with their core market, and positioned the services and CTAs to be more prominent and searchable on the front page
Impact & Results
I facilitated the connection between potential clients and sales agents by linking CTAs to respective agents, making it easy for agents to be reached and contacted, directly or from social to the site form, drastically improving the time that agents can react to inquires.
