Can UGC be created, at scale, with custom consistent characters, scenes and scripts? All provided by prompting? Yep.

This project explores the frontier of fully AI-generated storytelling — designing lifelike characters and avatars built entirely through artificial intelligence, then repurposing them into immersive UGC video content for social media and subscriber-based training modules. Beginning with narrative development in ChatGPT, each concept was built from the ground up using prompt-driven shot lists, timestamps, and visual cues to establish structure and emotional rhythm. From there, I developed storyboards and moodboards to define tone, environment, and personality traits before generating the characters.

Project WIP

Blurring the lines between emerging technologies and traditional video production workflow using strictly AI tools.

Character creation began in MidJourney and NanoBanana, where detailed prompts shaped unique avatars that could evolve across multiple scenarios. Animation was achieved using Kling 2.5 Turbo, MidJourney, and HeyGen, blending expressive motion and cinematic perspective into cohesive, multi-shot sequences. Final compositions and sound design were completed in Adobe After Effects, where all visuals, transitions, and audio elements were refined into polished, platform-ready videos for TikTok, Instagram, and other digital channels. The result is a scalable, repeatable AI content ecosystem—where each avatar can live, perform, and adapt across narratives—bridging creativity and automation to redefine what’s possible in next-gen media production.

Perfected an effective workflow by combining custom prompting techniques and motion to achieve results.

By exploring AI tools from scripting to character design, I built a fully prompted UGC workflow that replaces long shoots, talent scheduling, and heavy review cycles. This approach cuts production time, reduces budgets, and frees staff to focus on strategy while AI handles visuals, voice, motion, and iteration at scale. UGC production could be shifted into a fully AI-prompted workflow, with companies gaining far greater flexibility in what they can promote and who can represent it. Products can be showcased instantly without waiting on talent, locations, or scheduling, and brands can create diverse, on-demand avatars that match any campaign—expanding creative options while reducing cost and production pressure.
